Hi there! I'm Mihae Tak and I'm a problem solver at heart and love to implement technology and automation to improve upon processes and streamlining operations. I believe in creating productive efficient operational solutions that empower people to accomplish more.

I'm currently an Operations Manager at the Ala Moana Center, located in Honolulu, Hawaii, the largest open-air shopping center in the world. My experience also includes 15 years of managing several co-working centers based in San Francisco and Los Angeles.

In my free time I enjoy coding and am on track to graduate from SheCodes Bootcamp in December 2021. For anyone who wants to start learning how to code, this workshop is stimulating and fun! You will be challenged with different exercises, and the video lessons are easy to understand and follow. There are homework assignments and deadlines to keep you on track and focused. I highly recommend this workshop if you'd like to learn how to code.
